boople OÜ (Estonia) is the data controller for personal data processed through this shop.

What we collect. Order details (name, email, phone and chosen pickup point), payment status (we never store full card numbers), and analytics data only if you consent.

Cookies & analytics. Essential cookies keep your cart and session working. Analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, PostHog) load only after you accept them in our cookie banner.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide support and handle returns, and — with consent — improve the shop.

Sharing. We share data only with providers needed to run the shop (payment processors and Omniva / DPD) and only what they need.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion. Email privacy@boople.toys and we'll respond within 30 days.
