• Orders placed before 14:00 EET are dispatched the same day.
• Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days.
• You'll get a tracking link and a pickup code by email.

Shipping cost

The exact parcel-machine price is calculated at checkout based on your cart. Promotions and free-shipping thresholds are shown in your cart.

Returns

• You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
• Blind boxes and sealed collectibles cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and collectible-integrity reasons.
• To start a return, email our team with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
