Terms & conditions

boople OÜ is a company registered in Estonia. These terms govern your use of our online shop and any orders you place.

Orders. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or pricing was clearly incorrect.

Prices & payment. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store full card details.

Delivery. We deliver to Omniva parcel machines in the Baltics and to DPD pickup points across the rest of Europe and the UK. Details on the Shipping & returns page.

Right of withdrawal. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days, subject to the exceptions listed on Shipping & returns (e.g. opened blind boxes).

Liability. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under Estonian and EU law.
